Our story
Born through prayer and evangelism.
Faith Mission Church of God began when Overseer Teslyn King followed God’s leading to Feather Bed Lane in Spanish Town. On May 14, 1978, she returned with four other persons for door-to-door evangelism and an open-air service.
Ten weeks of nightly services followed. Twenty-eight persons were converted, lives were transformed and a church was established.
The church was first known as Feather Bed Lane Church of God and later as Worldwide Mission Pentecostal Church of God before becoming Faith Mission Church of God.
